Gymbles

So I was reading in some health magazine or other, that guys tend to have songs on their mp3 players that they ONLY listen to in the gym, wouldn't play openly, and might be a little embarrassed about. 'Eye of the Tiger' was listed as one of them that rated highly in the 'popular but private' collection.

Well that's just a bit sad.

I'm happy to inform everybody that Cher works very well on the rowing machine...so to speak, but that Pink/Lil' Kim/Christina/Mya version of 'Lady Marmalade' is unbeatable in this capacity.

And whilst we're on the subject, todays favourites were Boney Ms 'Rasputin', and Earth Kitt & Bronski Beats 'Cha Cha Heels' on the recumbant cycle, and Shirley Bassey and Chris Reas Disco La Passione on the elipticle trainer.

I know no shame!
